- 1 ceasca vin rosu
- 1 lingurita sare
- 1 varf cimbru
- 3 buc. catei usturoi
- 5 buc. morcov
- 1 buc. pastarnac
- 2 buc. ceapa verde
- 1 kg muschi de porc
- 1 buc. plic condimente porc
Se face muschiul bucati si se cresteaza.
Se prepara un amestec din usturoiul pisat,cimbru,condimente si o lingura de ulei si 1 de apa.Acest amestec se pune peste muschi si se amesteca intr-un castron,apoi se lasa 30 minute ca acesta compozitie sa patrunda in muschi.
Se pune in tigaie si se prajeste,aproape de final se pune si vinul rosu(pentru a fragezi carnea),apoi se mai lasa sa se rumeneasca.
Se face o garnitura de legume.
Se da pe razatoare ceapa,morocvul,pastarnacul si se taie ceapa verde bucati mici si se pun la calit in putin ulei.
