Nu m-am lăsat până nu am facut-o și eu în week-end. A fost tare, tare bună și s-a terminat rapid. Celor mici le-a plăcut și de acum o să o pregătesc mai des. Nu sunt fană a plăcintei cu mere, dar această prăjitură chiar mi-a plăcut. Când se răcește se și însiropează puțin, cred că de la merele copate :) Este o rețetă ușor de pregătit și nici nu necesită ingrediente foarte scumpe. Un desert economic, rapid și delicios. N-am mai reușit să fac și vreo poză artistică, abia am reușit să o pozez în tavă :)</span><br />

Am facut un chec cu fructe uscate, briose cu merisor si pandispan cu, curmale. Acum o sa va las reteta pentru briose, iar in zilele ce urmeaza o sa va las si pentru celelalte retetele. La toate prajiturelele am folosit ulei de cocos, care a dat o aroma deosebit prajiturilor. Ador uleiul de cocos de la Sano Vita. Parfumat si delicios. Nu ezitati sa-l adaugati la prajituri. Briosele mele sunt un pic cam micute, mi-a fost teama ca or sa creasca prea mult si n-am pus compozitie de ajuns in forme :) Data viitoare pun mai multa compozitie.<br />

La final adaugam merisor. Amestecam bine si punem cu lingura in formele de briose.<br />
<br />
Eu am folosit hartie speciala pentru briose si am presarat merisor si pe deasupra.<br />
<br />
Se baga la cuptorul preincalzit, la temp de 180 grade pana trece testul cu scobitoarea.<br />

In fiecare dimineata imi prepar un smoothie de pepene verde, goji si seminte de chia. Este foarte racoritor, dar in acelasi timp satios. Eu am ales sa il combin cu fructele de goji si semintele de Chia pentru numeroasele beneficii aduse organismului. Fiecare in parte aduce organismului numeroase beneficii, insa combinate aceste ingrediente sunt mult mai numeroase si ajuta organismul sa-si faca necesarul de provizii pentru orice problema ar putea aparea. Un smoothie sanatos din pepene rosu, goji si seminte de chia consumat zilnic, dimineata, ma ajuta sa am energie pentru intreaga zi si sa fiu sanatoasa tot timpul. </span><br />

<strong>Incepem intai cu blatul. </strong><br />Separam albusurile de galbenusuri, apoi batem spuma tare albusurile dupa care treptat adauga zaharul. Dupa ce acesta este o bezea adaugam treptat galbenusurile, uleiul de cocos, praful de copt ( eu am folosit amoniu pentru prajituri) amestecat cu faina si nuca de cocos, iar la final esenta de vanilie. Punem totul intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt sau cu faina si ulei, asa cum am facut eu si dam la cuptorul preincalzit pana trece testul cu scobitoarea.</div>

*** Am adaugat apa in tava si am dat la cuptorul preincalzit. Le-am lasat aproximativ 30 minute pana cand s-au inmuiat merele. Apa nu s-a evaporta in totalitate, dar nu trebuie sa va speriati pentru ca aceasta va ajuta la insiroparea tortului.</div>

*** Cat merele au fost la cuptor m-am ocupat de blatul pentru tort. Nu sunt adepta metodei cu batutul albusului si galbenusului separat asa ca am pus direct oule intregi ( fara coaja, clar 😀 ) si zaharul, am mixat bine, apoi am adaugat uleiul, zaharul vanilat si am mixat iarasi bine. La final ama amestecat praful de copt cu faina si am adaugat totul in ploaie amestecand usor cu o paleta.</div>

Erau vremuri cand nu-mi placeau foarte mult ciorbele/borsul, dar acum nu imi lipsesc de la nici o masa. <span style="font-size: large;">Pentru ca niciodata nu ne lipseste ciorba de la masa, astazi am pregatit ciorba de perisoare. Nu va mai spun ca este printre preferatele mele 🙂 Nu stiu, de ce, dar tot astazi am avut pofta sa mananc ciorba de perisoare cu smantana si turte (precum le facea bunica odinioara). Nu am facut niciodata turte/lipii pana acum si am avut ceva emotii, dar au iesit foarte bune. Pentru a fi aproape totul ca in copilarie, cand o aveam pe bunica alaturi de mine am mancat in castron de lut. Astazi m-am simtit de parca aveam iarasi 6-7 ani si stateam la masa bunicii, parca i-am simtit si prezenta alaturi de mine. Posibil, ca dorul sa fie de vina, dar m-am simtit minunat. Haideti, ca am cazut in oala cu melancolie si mai bine va las reteta.</span><br />

Am fost foarte placut impresionata de gustul acestei ciorbe de fasole si cu siguranta o voi pregati din ce in ce mai des. Mixam bine totul pana ce zaharul s-a topit .<br />Adaugam sarea si amoniacul stins cu putina zeama de lamaie ( sau stins cu otet) .<br />Punem apoi faina putin cate putin pana obtinem un aluat potrivit de tare si nelipicios (in functie de calitatea si tipul fainei, este posibil sa marim sau sa diminuam cantitatea acesteia).<br />Lasam aluatul sa se odihneasca pentru circa jumatate de ora.</span></div>
